• All sales are final.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

• If a tuber arrives damaged or non-viable, we will gladly review your images and details submitted within the 7-day inspection window. If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

• Because gardening depends on many factors we can’t control—weather, soil, care, and environment—we cannot guarantee performance once tubers are planted.
