Welcome to Hippie Chicken Farm LLC. We’re grateful you’re here and we want your tubers to arrive happy, healthy, and ready to grow. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship and how we handle any concerns.

 

📦 Shipping Schedule

Our dahlia tubers ship in April, weather permitting. We follow nature’s rhythm—it’s the safest time to send tubers through the mail without risking cold damage.

 

🚚 Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail so they travel quickly and safely.

 

💰 Shipping Rates

• 1–3 tubers: $13.00

• 4–20 tubers: $22.00

• 21–30 tubers: $32.00

Shipping costs are calculated to cover packaging and postage so your tubers are secure on their journey.

 

📬 Shipping Issues

Once your package is handed over to USPS, it is in their care. We are not responsible for postal delays, lost shipments, weather exposure, or handling during transit. Customers may file a claim with USPS for shipping-related issues.

 

🧺 When Your Order Arrives

Please open your box as soon as it lands on your doorstep. If you notice any concerns with your tubers or the order itself, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, all orders are considered accepted. To help us assist you quickly, please include photos and a brief description of the issue.
